Refund policy

The Companies Office will refund your transaction under the following circumstances.  If:

• you experience website issues or problems sending consents to us and cannot complete a transaction, or
• you believe you were given incorrect information by us and subsequently fail to meet a timeframe, or
• we have made a mistake when processing a document.
   

Please be careful when completing a process.  Once an application has been submitted we cannot give refunds if:

• you change your mind after having paid for a service, or
• you do not complete an application on time.
