How to use the online services
Manage your voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships online

Important information | The Companies Office has made changes to the accepted methods of filing liquidations, receiverships and voluntary administrations. From 1 July 2008 all administration processes will be required to be filed online.
To access the online services for receivers and liquidators you will need to:
- Register for a User ID (Logon)
- Make a request to have the voluntary administration, receivership and liquidation management services activated on your Logon, contact us on Freephone 0508 266 726 during normal business hours.
After your Logon has been set up to access online services for administrators, receivers and liquidators you are able to record details of your appointment or begin filing reports and using our other tools to manage your portfolio.
- Log on to our website
- Select the Maintain Company Details option from Online Transactions
- Then select Administration, Receivership and Liquidation Management
- The Administration, Receivership and Liquidation Listing screen displays companies for which that Registered User is an Administrator, Receiver or Liquidator.
From the Administration, Receivership and Liquidation Listing screen you can:
- Notify your appointment as an Administrator, Receiver or Liquidator of a company by selecting the Appoint button
- View a list of reports already filed or due to be filed by selecting the Reports Listings button
- Access the various portfolio management options by selecting the link for a specific company then choosing to:
- View Company Details of companies to which you are appointed as an Administrator, Receiver or Liquidator
- View and change Administrator Details, Receiver Details or Liquidator Details
- File reports for a company to which you are appointed as Administrator, Receiver or Liquidator. Specifically:
- Resolution of solvency
- First report
- Six month report
- Notice of dividend less than 20 cents in $ (See note below)
- Final report including copy of notice under s320(4) Companies Act
- Notice of end of Receivership
- Administration six monthly report
- Administrators final report
- Deed of company arrangement and any variation
- Termination of company arrangement
- Navigate to the Reports Listing screen for this company.
Important information | The Notice of dividend of less than 20 cents in the $ report only applies to liquidations commenced prior to 1 November 2007.

Filing reports online
During the course of an Administration, Receivership or Liquidation a range of information needs to be registered; notices of appointment, address changes, reports and advertisements. All of these documents can be registered through the online service.

Maintaining a Voluntary Administration, Receivership or Liquidation online does not end with filing reports. There is a variety of other information that can be maintained using our online service; company addresses, email addresses and recording the vacancy of an Administrator or Liquidator.

A significant benefit associated with using the Administrators, Receivers and Liquidators online service is the portfolio management tools. These are designed to help you keep on top of your filing obligations with the Registrar of Companies.
