Use the Companies Office online service to keep your company details up to date.

Each year you are required to file an annual return. You may also need to update company information including director, shareholder and address details throughout the year.

Lost your company key?

If you have lost or forgotten your company key, use our secure automated online service to retrieve it.

Change your company key

You can change your company key to a seven character alphanumeric value, containing at least one number and at least one letter.

Keyless transaction agreement

If you have a Logon with the Companies Office you may be able to enter a keyless transaction agreement. A keyless transaction agreement allows you to conduct a certain number of key dependant transactions each day without entering the company key.
