Manage my logon
Registering as a user with the Companies Office provides fast and convenient access to our online services. If you use the Companies Office website regularly, registering as a user offers a number of advantages. Once you have set up a User ID with the Companies Office, you can use the same User ID and password to access our other websites. These include:
Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR)
Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPONZ)

Get a user ID (logon)
You do not need to log on, it is optional. The alternative is to pay by credit card for any online services that require a fee. However there are advantages when you have a Logon, here you can learn more about getting and using your User ID (Logon).
Update a user ID (logon)

Online invoices
Online invoices are available to clients who have elected to pay for online services by direct debit when setting up their customer details.
