Remove a New Zealand company

  • Where the Registrar of Companies is satisfied that a company should be removed from the register, he gives public notice of that intention.
  • Once the 20 working day period to allow for objections has passed, assuming no objections have been received, the company is then removed from the register.
  • The public details about that company will remain visible on the register, but the current status of the company will show as 'struck off'.
