Search for a company
A register search locates the company or other registered entity using either the name or number. This search will locate the organisations that are currently registered as well as those that have been removed from the register.
Form a New Zealand company
Forming a company online is as simple as reserving your company name, completing the incorporation details and returning your signed consent forms.
Maintain New Zealand company details
Use the online service to keep your company details up to date. Each year you are required to file an annual return, file online and it is FREE. In addition, update company information including director, shareholder and address details 24/7.
File your annual return
As a limited liability company, a company must file an annual return with the Companies Office each year to maintain its registration. If an annual return is not filed by the due date, the company risks being removed from the Register of Companies.
Manage a voluntary administration, receivership or liquidation online
Using the Online Voluntary Administration, Receivership and Liquidation service will simplify and speed up document filing and assist you with managing your statutory obligations as an Administrator, Receiver or Liquidator.

Validate a document
Document validation enables the authenticity of a document to be validated against the original issued by the Registrar. Validation codes are issued with Certificates of Good Standing (COGS) along with Company Extracts and Certificates of Incorporation issued on request as part of a company search.
