Using our online services will save you time and money and it is possible for you to complete the majority of your transactions with the Companies Office online. Company registration and maintenance including annual returns and changes of address can all be completed online.

Do I need a logon?

It is not necessary for you to have a Logon (User ID), but there are benefits to having a User ID that may be useful for you.

What are my payment options?

Many of our online services are free. Where you are required to pay a fee, you can choose between credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Diners) or direct debit (if you have created a logon with a direct debit option with us).

Do I need a company key?

Company keys are emailed to all companies when they first become incorporated. The seven character company key is a type of password that is used to authenticate online transactions.
