Do I need a logon?

It is not mandatory to log on to the Companies Office website unless you want to appoint or maintain administrator, liquidator or receiver details.  The alternative to setting up a customer account is to use the website as a casual user and pay by credit card. 

There are advantages when you have a User ID and password (Logon): 

• Registering as a user of our websites provides fast and convenient access to our online services.

• If you intend to use the Personal Properties Securities Register (PPSR) website, you must be a registered user.  For all of our other participating websites you can access online services without registering as a user, but when you encounter any fee paying services you will need to pay for these by credit card.

• Once you have registered as a user on any one of our websites, you can use the same User ID and password to access all of our participating websites.
